We conduct detailed inspections at every stage of production and support testing through ISO 17025 accredited labs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and global acceptance.
Product Inspection
The inspections are done to control the quality is means by examining the products without any instruments. To examine the fabric, sewing, button, thread, zipper, or any product, measurements, EAN code and soon according to specification or desired standard from customer is called inspection. The aim of inspection is to reduce the time and cost by identifying the faults or defects in every step of manufacturing. To visually inspect articles at random from a delivery in order to verify their general conformity and appearance with instruction/description and/or sample received (Approved sample). There are different types of inspection as preventive measure is done to ensure high level of product quality.
